I am inspired when i see the difference one person can make when you care enough. Governance in my country is a far cry from what it used to be and I am encouraged that individual Nigerians are rising up to the challenge and taking care of each other. I am inspired by language, specifically how different cultures use language to communicate their culture to each other. I have tried to learn a new language myself (e.g. English) but have had little success. Although it is a challenge to learn a new language, I believe that language is the key to bringing others together despite differences. ( 了解更多)

I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( 了解更多)
